You will be taken to PayPal’s secure web site where you may donate using either a major credit/debit card or by using a PayPal card.  It’s your choice!  As you move through the donation process, you will see a line that says “Designate.”  Type in “Where Needed” or type in the name of one of the countries we serve where you want your donation to go.  The countries are listed on the right on this page.  If the line is left blank, it will be used where needed most.
